• One complimentary chaperone ticket will be provided for every 15 student tickets purchased. 
• This applies to schools that are pre-registered before The Royal begins on Nov. 5, 2010
• Bus Drivers are admitted free with proper identification.

• Early Registrants who have paid prior to October 25, 2010 will receive their tickets and map of The Royal Agricultural Winter Fair by mail.
• Late Registrants must pick up their package and tickets upon arrival at The Royal at the School Group Registration Booth in the Galleria, Hall C entrance of the Direct Energy Centre.
• Pre-registered schools that receive their tickets before their date of visit, avoid long line ups when they arrive at The Royal.

• Payment can be made using cash, credit card or cheque. 
• Post-dated school cheques dated Oct. 25, 2010 will be accepted as payment. 
• These cheques will be deposited on that date and tickets mailed Oct. 27, 2010. 
• Tickets can only be mailed once payment has been received. 

Refunds

• Deadline for refunds is Thursday, December 3, 2010.
• Teacher/Co-ordinator must mail in the completed Refund form along with the unused tickets to our office.
