The Royal Agricultural Winter Fair requires all photographers that intend to give or sell their photos for exhibitor (competitor, sponsor, vendor or media outlet) use, to apply for a valid freelance photographer pass. 

This program grants access to all Equestrian Canada and FEI-sanctioned competitions hosted by The Royal Agricultural Winter Fair.

PLEASE NOTE:

• Private photographers do not have access to the media center or designated media seating area in the Coliseum.
• Private photographers do not have access to the FEI stabling area.
• Private photographers should have accreditation that must be worn at all times
